- Service delivery facilitation
- Platform fees and processing
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Failed Transactions
If a payment is successfully deducted but:
- The service booking is not confirmed, or
- The transaction fails to reflect in the user account
A full refund will be processed after verification.
Non-Delivery of Service
If a service provider fails to deliver the agreed service and the issue is confirmed, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
Duplicate Payments
If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction, the extra payment(s) will be refunded.
Technical Errors
Refunds may be issued where system errors result in incorrect charges.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in cases such as:
- Service has already been completed successfully
- User dissatisfaction without valid evidence of service failure
- Change of mind after service confirmation
- Violations of platform terms leading to account suspension
- Off-platform agreements between users
Disputes Between Users
Havenleaf acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers.
In the event of disputes:
- Users must report issues through the in-app support system
- Havenleaf may investigate and request evidence from both parties
- Final decisions will be made based on platform records and available proof
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will typically be processed within:
- 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider
Processing time may vary depending on banks or financial institutions.
Chargebacks
Users are encouraged to contact Havenleaf support before initiating any chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Temporary or permanent restriction from the platform
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of platform policies.
